How long will it take to get my order?

For local orders, the packages should be delivered within 1-3 working days from courier pick up date. We use different courier providers which offer tracking service for local deliveries. The estimated delivery timings are provided by the respective couriers and we are unable to guarantee against any potential shipping delays.

Can I track my order?

After you have received your order confirmation email, you will subsequently receive a tracking link via email - this will inform you of your order delivery status and your parcel's location.

Can I do store pickup for my online order?

You can opt to pick up your purchases at our shop by choosing the option to pickup in-store upon checkout. We will email you regarding the earliest collection date.

Do you ship overseas?

At present, we do not.

On returns, exchange & cancellation

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for coffee orders. We also cannot guarantee that orders will be redirected if the incorrect shipping address was provided during the purchase.
